It’s with great sadness that we share this news with you. Our beloved home, The Boutique Bakeshop, will be closing at the end of the month.
Being a part of this women’s bakery cooperative has made Noshy what it is today. And I, personally, don’t know what I’m going to do not seeing the other wonderful Bakeshop Girls everyday. But, somehow, Noshy will continue, bringing you your favorite scrumptious cookies at all the farmers markets this year. There’s details to be worked out, and we will be taking a short break at the end of May to figure it all out, but we’ll be back in June so stay tuned.
From the Bakeshop:
A few weeks ago we sent you an email announcing our plans to relocate to a new location. We were very excited to share our growth plans and introduce our new home to you. Unfortunately, earlier this week we received some very upsetting news, the anchor tenant in our new location decided they did not want us as their neighbor (who wouldn’t want to be our neighbor?) Our lease was blocked and as a small business, news like this is not only disappointing, but leaves us without many options. As a result, The Boutique Bakeshop will be closing its doors for good on May 26, 2018.
As you know, we operate as a Collective, a collection of small, women-owned businesses that work together as team. We are incredible sad about this unexpected change of plans and we are each sorting out our “Plan B.”
Most of our companies will continue to provide their sweet-treats, check out our website for details on where you can find your favorite baker
Love and Cupcakes,
The Bakeshop Girls
